On October 2nd, 2006 Eze Castle Software, Inc. became a subsidiary of the newly formed BNY ConvergEx Group.  Please note that while the ConvergEx Group’s Eze Castle Software subsidiary retains a brand name similar to that of former sister company Eze Castle Integration, the two companies are no longer affiliates and no longer share material common ownership.
